Annorth AI is an AI-powered networking platform that uses algorithms (powered by Annorth AI) to match users based on their stated intents ("Needs") and offerings ("Offers"). The Service facilitates connections but does not guarantee specific results, employment, funding, or business outcomes.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and intent capture process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, harassment, spamming, or to solicit illegal acts.
• You retain ownership of the content (text, links) you submit, but grant us a license to use, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. AI Disclaimer

The matching process and suggested messages are generated by Artificial Intelligence (Annorth AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally generate incorrect, irrelevant, or hallucinated information. You acknowledge that matches and suggestions are automated recommendations and should be evaluated by you personally before taking action.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service or scrape data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperNB Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HyperNB Technologies Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
